flushing of gents urinals wastes thousands of gallons of
water every year. This wastage is not only costly but under
current water byelaws – illegal. By utilising passive infra-red
detection technology, the UFC500 ensures that flushing can only
take place whilst the facility is in use. To maintain hygiene
standards, automatic cyclic flushing will occur during unoccupied
periods. Surface or flush mounting control units are available.
